Invitation
China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC and held annually on September 8-11 in Xiamen, China. With its themes of “Introducing FDI” and “Going Global”, CIFIT is characterized by its focus upon investment negotiation and investment policy promotion, upon product display and promotion. It is currently China’s only international investment promotion event aiming at two-way investment promotion, one of the world’s largest events for international investment promotion and the only event in the investment category approved by UFI (the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry).
The 12th CIFIT will be held on September 8-11, 2008 in Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center. The 12th CIFIT will pay more attention to invite overseas chambers of commerce, overseas regional government organizations and enterprises, providing a more convenient platform for countries and regions around the world to showcase their investment policies and explore Chinese market.
CCPIT Xiamen Sub-council is one of the official partners of CIFIT. Under the special authorization of CIFIT Organizing Committee, CCPIT Xiamen Sub-council is in charge of the exhibitor invitation for the Exhibition Area of overseas chambers of commerce, associations, overseas regional government organizations and enterprises

第12届中国国际投资贸易洽谈会
境外机构及进口商品展区参展邀请函
中国国际投资贸易洽谈会（简称“投洽会”）由国家商务部主办，于每年9月8日至11日在中国厦门举办。投洽会至今已成功举办11届，每届均由中国大陆各省、自治区、直辖市政府组织所在省市企业参加，是目前中国唯一以促进国际投资和贸易的国家级洽谈会，也是唯一通过国际展览业协会（UFI）认证的全球规模最大的投资贸易类展览会。2007年的第11届投洽会共吸引了来自境外119个国家和地区的1万多名客商以及国内各省市客商近5万多人莅会。
投洽会不仅全面展示和介绍中国及中国各省市、自治区的投资环境、投资政策、招商项目、企业产品，同时也吸引了众多境外企业前来参展，利用投洽会进行产品宣传展示，开拓中国市场。
厦门市贸促会是投洽会的官方合作伙伴之一，厦门市贸促会经投洽会组委会特别授权，负责组织第12届投洽会境外商协会机构及企业展区的参展邀请工作。

三、客商组织：
1、利用“投洽会”在全国召开新闻说明会，进行展会推广和客商邀请；
2、利用“投洽会”官方网站及网络资源库进行宣传，在展会前事先进行买家预接洽；
3、通过国内各省、自治区、直辖市商务部门组织对口客商到会参观、洽谈；
4、通过国内各主要行业协会组织研讨会、对接会等活动吸引国内客商到会。
四、展会日程安排：
9月4日－6日 展商报到，布展。
9月7日12:00 布展截止，闭馆。
9月8日09:00 投洽会开幕式
9月8日至11日 展馆洽谈
9月11日17:00 展品撤展
五、展位规格：
1、标准展位：3m×3m 价格：8000元人民币/个
2、光地（36㎡起租） 价格：800元人民币/㎡
注：主办单位免费提供：中英文楣牌一块、一洽谈桌、三坐椅、二盏射灯、一电源插座、铺设地毯。
六、参展程序：
1、请填写《参展报名回执》并加盖印章后传真至主办单位或代理方；
2、报名一经确认，请在10个工作日内将展位费全额汇入主办单位或代理方指定帐户；同时提交参展工作人员照片供作证用（电子版照片，每个展位限4人以内）。
